Fill in all details and signup.
While signing up for domain name in Name server setting type the Name server of the free host website
For 000webhost
Ns01.000webhost.com and ns02.000webhost.com
For 1freehosting
Ns1.1freehosting.com and ns2.1freehosting.com
For gbfreehosting
Ns1.gbfreehosting.com and ns2.gbfreehosting.com
After registering a domain name go back to your hosting account and create a web account
While signing up use domain that you have registered earlier.
