    For Windows Vista, take these steps:
    Go to "Start" button that can be found on the bottom left part of the screen. Yes | No | I need help.
    Click on "Control Panel". ...
    Choose "Classic View". ...
    Click on "Folder Options". ...
    Go to "View" tab. ...
    Select and check on the "Show hidden files and folders" option. ...
    Click "Apply" and "OK".
